DAY 1: Arrive in Valencia and check into your resort. Join a traditional Spanish Tapas tour in the historic neighborhood of El Carmen.
DAY 2: Visit the Mercado Central de Valencia for a guided tour and to learn about local ingredients. Participate in a cooking class where you'll learn to make authentic Paella. Enjoy a glass of wine and the Paella that you've prepared.
DAY 3: Embark on a full-day regional tour and visit a local vineyard for a wine-tasting session. Enjoy a gourmet picnic featuring local cheeses, cured meats, and olive oils.
DAY 4: Relax on the beach, then join a cooking workshop focused on seafood dishes native to Valencia. Dine at a beachside restaurant with fresh seafood and Mediterranean dishes.
DAY 5: Take a guided bike tour to see historical landmarks. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant specializing in 'Horchata' and 'Fartons.' Attend a flamenco show to experience traditional Spanish culture.
DAY 6: Depart Valencia for the world's largest food fight. Enjoy the festivities, participate in the fight, and experience local music and dance. Head back to Valencia and relax.
DAY 7: Participate in a cooking class that focuses on making traditional Flan or Churros. Visit the cathedral and climb the tower for stunning views of the city. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant famous for its traditional dishes.
DAY 8: Explore the markets and interact with local vendors. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a cafe and pick out some souvenirs. Farewell dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
DAY 9: Departure. Check out of your hotel and depart from Valencia.

• A 50% refund can be requested prior to 6 months before the trip start date found in your invoice.
• No refunds for cancellations within 6 months of the trip date found in your invoice.
• A $250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.
